Donate a loaf to your neighbors in need!

The Neighbor Loaf program was started by Artisan Grain Collaborative as a way to combat inequities highlighted by the Covid pandemic and continues to be an impactful program. Since June of 2020, Bird Dog has committed to donating 10 loaves each week.

By purchasing this loaf of bread to be baked and donated on your behalf, you ensure wholesome, nourishing bread is available to all our community members. We deliver the loaves to Hope Clinic here in Ypsilanti every Friday afternoon. Please note that this is not a loaf for customer pickup, but a way for you to pass along a loaf of sourdough bread to folks in need.

As always, our Neighbor Loaves are made with 100% MI and IL grown organic, stone-milled grain. They are naturally leavened and slow fermented to ensure the greatest nutrition and flavor.
